Anesthetic Management of Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome


Abstract
The Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome is the most frequent of the pre excitation syndromes. Its clinical significance is the occurrence of arrhythmia¡¯s by accessory conduction pathway.
We are experienced the successful anesthetic management of 51 years old male patient with W-P-W syndrome for resection of vocal cord nodule (at Chung Ang University hospital.)
In the anesthetic management of W-P-W syndrome, we should be considered carefully to all drugs which use in the anesthetic procedure and treatment of arrhythmia¡¯s.
