Anesthetic Management of Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome

Abstract

|
The Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome is the most frequent of the pre excitation syndromes. Its clinical significance is the occurrence of arrhythmia’s by accessory conduction pathway.
We are experienced the successful anesthetic management of 51 years old male patient with W-P-W syndrome for resection of vocal cord nodule (at Chung Ang University hospital.)
In the anesthetic management of W-P-W syndrome, we should be considered carefully to all drugs which use in the anesthetic procedure and treatment of arrhythmia’s.
